Well I learnt a big lesson with this guy I ASKED EVAN TO COME TO MY HOUSE TO GIVE A QUOTE BUT HE SAID IT WASENT NECESSARY AND I JUST NEEDED TO TAKE LOTS OF PHOTOS WITH MEASURMENTS HIS ESTIMATE WAS $600 AND I WAS TO BUY A VANITY UNIT AS HE SAID IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE BUT QUICKER TO INSTALL AND HE WOULD SUPPLY THE TOILET IT TOOK HIM 12HRS I WAS INVOICED $1258 I ARGUED AND HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME TO NEGOTIATE THE BILL I ARGUED MORE AND EVENTUALY GOT THE INVOICE REDUCED A TINY BIT NEVER AGAIN

"Like many plumbers, I find that it is not worth my while doing quotes for small jobs, so I asked for pictures for clarification and gave an estimate. However, on the job at least 4 factors out of my control meant that I took longer than expected. David requested this before I did it. When I sent the final bill to David he became very difficult to deal with. The events are documented with Builderscrack and I can forward this to anyone that would like more information on my credibility."
