Drain laying

The wastewater drain for my house needs to be replaced. Have had a camera down and there are roots growing through different spots. Its a 1970s house with clay piping. - Some concrete will need to be removed to start the drain from under the walkway. - There used to be a two story tree that I had cut down that is very near/causing the issues with the drain. Some root cutting might be needed . I have had the stump ground down but the hole is still visible, the gas line visible also. - The gas line runs parallel and possibly over the drain, the line itself runs over some of the roots of the tree, praise the genius who planted the tree 50 years ago... - Keen to get this sorted ASAP, have had a few varrying quotes. I do not want to do any root removal or any more digging myself so keen on someone that can remove in the way roots while replacing the drain and manage around the path of the gas line professionally.
