Dishwasher installation

I have a slimline dishwasher to be installed in my kitchen. There is a breakfast bar that needs to be altered to accommodate the dishwasher (cut in half ish) and there will need to be new drainage/pipes put in and probably some electric components. The house is on piles rather than a concrete foundation and there is access via the laundry to get under the house. The dishwasher is delivered already so the job can begin any time, preferably as soon as possible. Photos show the breakfast bar to be altered - I'm thinking cut to the same depth into the kitchen as the wall behind the oven so that there is still some shelf left for the toaster etc. There is a "wall" behind the breakfast bar beside the oven that may need to be removed too, depends on how you think it will work best.
