Appraisal of leaking taps in rental property

In rental property handbasin cold tap won't turn on. All hot taps need new washers. Have purchased good looking second hand Methven taps for handbasin and matching taps for the bath. Possibily looking at replacing hand basin taps in ensuite as well, Looking for appraisal of all taps. New taps may or maynot be required. Or installation of second hand taps along with washers to be changed. Additional purchase of taps if Methven aren't suitable.
