Move laundry from laundry to garage

We currently have a laundry which we are looking to make into a temporary bedroom. This needs the current plumbing for the washing to be done in the garage. This would be on the other side of a wall of an existing bathroom. The existing plumbing would be capped off. This will be turned back into a laundry at a date in the future,
