Tap repositioning

Hi, We are in need of a plumber to reposition some taps. Laundry taps are an old combined mixer and washing machine taps unit fixed to the wall. Want to convert this to a new setup with a bench-mounted tap mixer and washing machine taps placed underneath the bench. Existing pipes are copper. Cold pipe enters from below so is around the right area already (can be seen in photo), but the hot pipe runs from along the side near current tap height so will need a new section of pipe to bring it down to the correct height. We will buy the mixer and washing machine taps ourselves, but any other fittings and pipe should be provided by the plumber.
