Plumbing connection to a tap on my undeveloped section

I want a tap to be put in on my section at 49B Bridge Street, in the middle of Opotiki township. This has to be done, preferably, in consultation with the electrician, who will be installing a caravan power box. The power box and the tap have to be close together. Both the tradies can then use the same ditch excavation. The tap has to be along the side boundary of the section, on the side of the council's water supply to the section, and about in the middle between the front and back boundaries. If the water supply from the council is not on the same side as the as the electrical supply, we will have to have another look at where to place the tap.
