Leaking Shower Mixer & Other Repair

We have a dripping shower mixer that we would like to fix. This is currently in a tiled shower, but I think it just needs the mixer cartridge replaced. The mixer is old, at least 10 years, but likely closer to 20 year, and is the Topliss brand ( --- /) In addition to this we have a broken insinkerator, and we would like to explore the cost of replacing this with just a regular drain and plug vs replacing the unit itself.
