The property’s water bill was normally $80 to $90. It has been extremely high in the past two months(more than $400). We checked the meter and found that it kept running when no one is using any water. We need a registered plumber to find the source of leak, or issue a document for Water care if no leaking. Then we can apply for a meter test.
