Moving robin hood and getting rid of shower drain smell

Hi there, We have two plumbing related jobs: Job #1 See attached photos, the space to the right of the robin hood is too small to fit a washing machine or dryer. We would like to have the robin hood moved a couple centimeters to the left. Job #2 A smell is coming up from the shower drain after a shower. We have tried several rounds of drain cleaner over the last couple months, with no success. We would like professional help to get rid of the smell. Thank you
