Simple laundry update. Move plumbing and install fittings.

Refitting the laundry from old freestanding tub to full width bench with inset tub. Requirements: 1. Move of Hot and Cold water supply taps approx 1.2 to the left and positioned under bench height. 2. Hot and Cold lines require fittings to connect both a Tub Faucet and a Washing Machine. 3. Existing waste water trap to be adapted to accept Tub waste AND washing machine waste. I will remove more drywall for access. There is easy access underhouse if required. Please see attached images, existing state and a quick layout of desired state. Please note dryer shall be wall hung above washer on RHS. Once pipework work is done I will complete drywall, install cabinetry and tub. I understand I require the plumber to return and connect the tub and faucet up to complete the job. Look forward to getting this completed.
