While my properties are located in Northcote, I'm stuck in Sydney at the moment so can't easily get back due to Covid / MIQ rules (!) so have our planner on hand to meet someone at the property as and when needed. For our subdivision work there appears to be one further task to get sorted that's come up as we were trying to get engineers sign off for 224. At the rear of the top property (49 Onewa Road) there is a private stormwater pipe that is actually connected to both 49 & 49a - ie its shared but for the purposes of the subdivision we need it to be separated. I've done a small sketch of what I understand needs to be done but probably needs a sanity check with our planner on this for certain (will put you in touch when required). I think there are 2 options for the connection - 1 point is near the rear deck and was put there (I think) as a spare connection point, the other is to the main driveway. Ideally we'd go with the one near the deck to save too much channelling on the driveway as its in really good condition. Are you able to help with the relocation of the stormwater pipe? From a quote perspective I'm not around to tidy up etc so will need to ensure it's clean and tidy afterwards as we have obligations to the tenants there. Thanks
