Hi, Looking to get a few jobs done around the house... 1. Water pressure valve is dripping 2. Toilet cistern is dripping. 3. Kitchen waste disposal has stopped working. 4. Bathroom taps need washers replaced. House is 1970's in Torbay. Easy access to pipework underneath. Looking for quote or hourly rate on items if possible, or will select a plumber based on availability & references
