Pipe come away from coupling

The water pipe from the toby/turn valve for our property has come away/off. This is where two pipes meet. The coupling doesn't look to be broken but I imagine there needs to be a bit more length in the pipe and/or a stronger coupling to hold the two pipes together. We have had to turn our water off for the time being, so some urgency is needed please. See pic
