Our toilet has a cistern set into the wall, it has leaked slightly into wall. We need the toilet removed and replaced, soft wall cut out and replaced, possibly small section of cork tile floor will need checked. Our preference is for replacement toilet to not be set into wall and be freestanding. Plumber has advised that seal on toilet is leaking and this model cannot get replacement parts anymore.
