Drain unblocking - gully trap overflow

Rental property has a blocked drain, gully trap is overflowing. Needs clearing. Possibly issue of baby wipes flushed. Old 1970s clay sewer pipes. Access is behind the unit, so will need to coordinate access with our tenant. It'd be great to get this attended to as soon as possible. A couple of general photos below - the gully trap is in the far corner by the back door, at the end of the deck. Please provide a quote (or cost estimate) to undertake the work, and timeframe for when you could do it. Thank you
