Job description
Earlier this week I discovered a leak at the back of the toilet. It appears as if this has been leaking for some time and not noticed this under the lino. Could I get a quote (a) to repair the existing pipe and leak and keep existing toilet (b) repair and have a new toilet be installed - I have a new one as show in picture. Many thanks.

What a honest assessment of the requirements for the job. The replacement of the toilet and outlet was completed in under an hour. The workspace was left neat and tidy.
