Unit is already installed in a recess box. Require hot and cold water connection, gas connect with compliance cert. and small pipe for condensate to a drain 3 mtrs from unit. Gas supply is 3 mtrs from unit, water pipes within 2 mtrs. Access ( directly below recess box) under house is 700 to 900mm, clean and dry. Also require old electric hot water cylinder to be disconnected from water. Waiting on power point to be installed for EF24, I can be home anytime during business hours with 2 hrs notice so could fit in around your other work.
