Bathroom revamp. Gas water heater install.

1) Wanting to swap the position of toilet and sink plumbing in a small (1.2m x 2.45m) ground floor bathroom and a minor adjustment to location of drain for shower. Bathroom is currently gutted so free access to plumbing in wall. 2) Require install of replacement gas water heater (heater already purchased). 3) Removal of pipes in laundry from change of sink plumbing 4) Water supply to heater is not great pressure. There is possibility to change supply to mains at front of house. Would like quote to see if it is worth doing.
