Water pressure in upstairs bathroom

I have a split level house and on the top level the water pressure is fine in the sink but not in the shower or bath. I do plan to renovate my bathroom in around a years time but would like to see if this can be fixed before hand. The water pressure in the rest of the house is fine and I have also asked neighbours and their pressure is fine in the upstairs.
