Drain root - spot repair

CCTV recording show tree roots in our drain pipe (in close proximity to where it joins the Council pipe). The location of the block is marked by the wooden peg in the photos. The pipe is at an estimated depth of 2 meters under the (soft) ground. Partially cleared the roots using hydrojet a while ago. Currently, the drain is not blocked, but we would like to clear the roots by spot repair.
