When kitchen sink mixer was installed over time with constant swiveling while using the mixer has caused the whole assembly to come loose, I have attempted to secure the under bench securing nut which gives it slight security, but after numerous more swivels it has worked itself loose again, it needs the attention from a qualified plumber with the right tools. Quote required.
