Looking to get a new hot water cylinder (our one is old and a bit small) and wanting it moved to be under the house. Someone looked at this a few months back and said it was pretty old and would need updating soon. Water to be switched to mains pressure. Need a fix in the laundry with a down pipe too, slight leak
