Fixing filter stop valve

Looking for someone to fix/replace the filter stop valve. As shown in the photos, the plastic bit is broken. I've taken the cap off.

I believe it is a filter stop valve, but the water flows at 90 degree angle, which is different to a replacement one selling at a hardware store.
