Reinstall 4 toilets after flooring is done

We are doing renovations in our townhouse and will be installing new spc flloring in all 4 toilets. I will be able to remove existing toilets, but looking for a plumber to reinstall them as would most likely require new seat seals due to floor levels being higher by 6.5mm and make sure there are no leaks
