plumber needed - fix leaking/blocking inside house

Please, investigate why water inside house(e.g. leaking and blocking, etc) and fix the problem. Found some water on ground (underneath cylinder) 2 days ago. tested and found very likely water come from the next room - bath room's tap (unsure broken pipe or blocked drainage ), as below pictures. Need to verify the cause found and fix it properly. Please quote first as well. Thank you.
