I need a water meter to be connected into an above-ground pipe that feeds a minor dwelling. (pipe runs from main house to minor dwelling). Note: one section of the pipe is 22mm outer diam polybutylene, another section is 17mm outer diam black pvc. The meter can go into either section of pipe. Meter should measure cubic metres of water.
