Connect Vanity unit to pipe and water

Vanity unit is installed but I am having trouble connecting the s-bend piping and the taps. So if a plumber could connect these (so they don't leak like my job does) it would be great. First photo is the vanity installed. The second photo is the drain seal that was cracked and I couldn't find a replacement so I used the thing on the right with a lot of sealant but still leaks. So yep I need help please.
