1. Our bathroom tap is leaking from the base so that water is pooling on our vanity. 2. Our bath tap water pressure is really sad. Hoping to have the pressure increased because right now it takes a really long time to fill the bath. 3. Our bath is a spa bath and if possible it'd be great to have the jets and drain cleaned.
