3 small jobs which ideally could be done together. a) replace toilet vanity with similar unit b) replace bath taps with similar c) replace laundry tub with sink/bench suitable for front loader to go under (washing machine not yet purchased but likely to be --- . Sink bench eg rexon laundry station 1300 may be supplied or purchased by owner) Note budget for this work will depend on what is supplied by owner.
