Leaking hot water cylinder, located in second floor hot water cupboard. Enough water to soak a large towel was located in a ground floor laundry. Water must be travelling through the floor and down an internal wall. It is also damp directly under the hot water cylinder. Water heater probably original in a 1980 built house.
