Blocked stormwater drain

Video inspection has identified a couple of blockages/damage to stormwater pipes. This causes one of the down pipes to backup and overflow , especially at times of heavy rain. Need to discuss to look at options. Affected area approx 20m downhill to a street connection and under gardens, shrubs etc. attached photo is not of the affected area but shows what happens in heavy rain. Pipe is reasonably close to ground level at approx 300mm. Telephone contact --- . Thank you.
