Toilet - flapper valve not sealing

I noticed water sometimes comes out the toilet cistern overflow pipe outside. I would like a plumber to fix this. It think the toilet flapper valve needs fixing. The toilet is a Caroma brand, pale blue in colour so an older model. I would prefer that the inside of the toilet cistern is fixed rather than a new cistern because if the cistern is replaced it would be white and wouldn't match the blue toilet. Can you do this job Monday morning?
