Plumbing new laundry

To provide and set up pipe work to laundry before cabinet fitter comes to install cabinets ect. Then to return to plumb in laundry sink and washing machine. Pipework currently runs to adjacent room (downstairs cloakroom/ toilet) but not as far as the laundry Photo shows existing plumbed toilet. The laundry will be the room just through the toddler gate. Concrete floor.
