1. Remove existing toilet suite ("s" pan, 175mm centre set out; bottom water entry) & replace with pre-purchased toilet suite (Caroma concorde, slimline S-trap). 2. Remove existing partly-recessed basin and close off drain & tap pipes. Optional: Patch resulting vacant hole if possible (for later painting by owner).
