We would like to install a shower over our bath tub. also we have removed out kitchennett to turn into a walk in woodrobe as we dont need 2 kitchens esp not one in a bedroom. all we need in this room is the x2 taps removed and capped inside the wall, and the drain pipe cut under the house and a cap put onto this then we can finish our wall in woodrobe, can we get a quote for these x2 items, as 1st home owners we are trying to find most aforable. Mains pressure upgrade

Hot water cylinder

Pressure / Temperature relief valve is constantly leaking. Possibly needs a replacement?? We've tried exercising it and that hasn't worked. So assuming it's an issue with the valve. Cylinder is in the roof. Relatively new house.

Drain layer for spring water flow

I need some quotes for an issue I have with a water spring leak out the front of my property. The council and environmental people have checked and it is not a water pipe leak or a surage issue and they believe it is a natural spring causing the issue. There is a storm water pipe near the leak and they think I might be able to get a drain layer to divert the leak with a pipe to that and stop it flowing out onto my property.

Leaky dripping hotwater tap under sink

The tap under the laundry room sink has started a slow leak. the leak is coming from the T pipe valve that connects hotwater tap to laundry hotwater pipe. Since I can't turn off the hotwater I would appreciate a repair ASAP. I have a bucket under it now capturing the leaky dripping.

Install new sink and taps in existing counter top. We have an existing counter top with all openings and holes drilled and need to install the piping through new under-counter 800 mm cabinet. Connect adjacent dish washer to the cold tap (there is already a tap) and to the drain via the new sink which has a connection.
