Pipe Finder Extraordinaire Required

Looking a for someone who loves finding water pipes. I want to add a shut off to the house end of my mains water feed as I'm a back property. However I cant find where the water enters the house. Its a concrete slab construction and I have dug up what feels like the entire perimeter of the house. The council and building records do not show anything with regard to this. Pipe that leaves the street side toby has plastic or polybute coming out of it. Its a 70's house if that provides any indication on depth or arrangement
