new toilet and basin needed and incinerator removed and water testing

We have a pipe that is dripping water outside from the adjoining toilet but are also wanting quotes to update the toilet and the hand basin in the toilet which is ? from the 70s. We have a outside toilet ? is consented and wanted to check if it is or what needs to be done to get it consented. Our water also makes a large bumpy sound when its on? water pressure and we just wanted to check if its going ok. Also need a quote to take out the non working incinerator or see how much it will cost to fix.
