Bathroom Laundry Kitchen Taps

1. In the bathroom, existing old taps to be removed. After removing old taps, cut a rectangle where old taps were and insert a new mixer tap provided. 2. On the new vanity, plumb the new tap provided and connect the waste pipe plumbing. 3. Advise me on the shower waste which is old having no hair trap. Recently I had to use draino to clear pipes. Note that the bathroom is on piles not concrete and that the trap door is in the bathroom floor and is rather a tight fit. 4. Laundry. Require old taps to be lowered beneath bench and a mixer tap provided to be connected. Plumb to waste. 5. Kitchen. Require a dishwasher plumbing quote.
