Job description
The cistern is a Dux and was installed about 7-8 years ago. About a week ago we noticed a bit of damp on the floor under the cistern so put a towel down and it is damp also of course.!

I was appalled at the cost, the part to be renewed was $79 the account was $328.

As advised per terms and conditions we charge from the workshop to the workshop as does every other Plumber in the the country.
Our Hourly rate is 77.99+gst an hour and also a standard vehicle charge.
21.99-24.99+gst Depending on where you are in the Hawkes bay. Which is very competitive compared to other prices in the region."
