Plumbing in new build

I am in the final stages of getting my new home to code compliance stage/getting everything hooked up and working. The plumbers I had lined up are very unreliable and, since I am on a deadline, I don't trust that they are going to help me get the last few bits done on time. The building inspector is doing the final inspection on approximately 27 October, so I need to be ready for that. I need someone to assist with getting the water pump working/hooked up to the house and water tank, plus a couple of minor jobs such as drilling the hole in my kitchen sink for the tap/mixer. I would be very grateful if you could help me with meeting my deadline.
