New cylinder installed yesterday, cylinder water hot, no hot water reaching taps/shower.

I had a cylinder burst yesterday while we had a plumber here upgrading the pressure to mains. The new cylinder was installed and has heated up but when we run the water (even for a while) it's not warming up at the taps. Everything is fine at the cylinder and the release valve puts out hot water.

I'm not wanting another night without hot water so would like someone here today.
