New laundry needed

I have a wooden bike shed adjacent to the kitchen of a flat. I would like to turn it in a laundry. It has power but no plumbing and would need plywood wall put in to separate it from the attached garage on the other side. It is approximately 1.5-2 metres and 2.5-3 metres long. It will need a tub.
