Cupboard conversion

I want to create a space in a cupboard at the end of the hall. It’s a old villa with central hall . Bathroom right next door so water pipes just need to come through the wall . It will need a drain and the main drain is just outside. I have created the space and now need plumbing to connect the washing machine
