1 Break out concrete path and dispose - non reinforced m2 14.5 2 Uplift and replace 110mm upvc stormwater pipe m 19.5 3 Remove surplus clay and trim for path. 4 Break new pipe into existing pvc sump and seal 5 Review outlet for downpipe and ensure connected Notes: Path width approx 1.2m between house and low retaining wall on boundary Aircon will be removed and replaced by others. Existing pipe approx 600mm deep CCTV of broken pipe available
