Toilet replacement and shower work.
Job description
Hi. I have a vacant rental in Flatbush that needs some urgent work in the bathroom. The first job is to supply and install a full toilet replacement. My preferred model is a Caroma Uniset Cistern and Trident pan set. I am very confident these products will match OK to the existing configuration. The second job is to supply and install a new shower slide rail - just a modest product is fine. The shower has a slow leak so you will likely also need to replace the shower mixer cartridge. This work is quite urgent - once level 3 arrives - as the house is being prepared for a marketing sale launch. Preference will be given to quotes that not only are reasonably priced but also indicate a timeframe as close as possible to level 3 start date - for example "I could start within 3 days of level 3" or similar indication. I appreciate this assessment may be difficult given we don't have a level 3 date right now, but some realistic indication given your known backlog of jobs and their relative urgency would be appreciated. The old toilet and shower gear would need to be taken away as part of your quote. Access will be given to match your preferred start date / time, even if 7:30 in the morning !
