There is gradual damage in the wall between the laundry and the kitchen. Found leaks in this wall when we opened up the wall with a hole. Will need to stop the leak first and then write a report to Tower Insurance. Will also need to supply and install a new washtub. Will also need to regib the wall and plaster. The flooring in this area may need replacing. Will need a registered plumber doing the plumbing job though.
