Renovating bathroom and ensuite

We are renovating our bathroom and ensuite with new tiles. It is a 90s house. The tiler has said to get a plumber to cap the pipes and move the vanity so he can then tile under it (should we ever change our minds and want a new vanity. The traps in the basin also need to be replaced. Toilet may need to be moved so he can tile under it too. We will do the main bathroom first then the ensuite so will be 4x to come back and forth. We are located in Dannemora. We want someone to work in with the tiler to complete the job. We have had it in the past where people don't get back to us with quotes too so we want someone who is reliable and available. Photo 1 is the main bathroom photo 2 is the ensuite. We are looking at the tiler starting 8 february but he can do the waterproofing earlier if the pipes have been capped
