Tankless On-Demand Unit Upgrade

I have an older Paloma "Cute 24" Tankless on-demand hot water unit fitted at my property( see pictures).It is becoming more and more unreliable (especially on these cold winter mornings).I am having to reset it more often.Rather than get piece parts replaced as indicated by the frequent fault codes,we are seriously looking at upgrading this unit and it's related Qty 2 remote controls to a newer,more modern,more reliable on-demand tankless system.All plumbing,electrical and gas-fitting work must be certified on completion.Added to this is replacement of a cracked waste pipe elbow(shown with temporary sealing tape in pitures)Our preferred time frame for this work will be mid to late July.
