Drain needed

One side of the house has water pooling after each heavy rain. I believe a drain would need to be installed along here somewhere? Please refer to image. There is a large drain with a sloped driveway at the front of the house that maybe a pipe could lead to for it to drain that way? Looking for help and experience of someone to solve this. Thank you.
